These lamb-burger’s are so easy to whip up for a quick weeknight meal that is loaded with flavor! I love making clean, healthy recipes that are 1. Simple and Quick but 2. Better than what you could get going out to eat! Use some of the fresh herbs available this time of year and treat yourself to a yummy dinner! This pairs well with roasted tomatoes, salads, or other summer vegetable sauté’s. You can also make them into meatballs and toss them with roasted veggies, spaghetti squash, or have as an appetizer! If you do not have lamb try them with another ground meat…but these flavors pair particularly well with lamb meat. Enjoy!
