- Individual Personal Training – Andy Berger will customize and individualize each workout for you based on your current fitness level, past and present injuries and any other considerations he finds from your assessment such as postural and muscle imbalance issues. - Partner Personal Training – Bring your spouse, friend or co-worker with you to workout together. A healthy lifestyle is much easier if you’re starting it with a partner because of the support and encouragement you can offer each other! Andy will make your partner workout fun and exciting. You might even find that you experience increased motivation and accountability from your partner.
- Group Training – Andy’s small groups of 3-6 people will help motivate and encourage you to get one more repetition when you thought you couldn’t do anymore. Group training is a great mix of cardio, strength training, stretching and teamwork. Every workout is new, fresh and exciting. With a variety of group class times available, there is something for every schedule.
