Ingredients
- 1/2 fresh lemon peeled
- 3-4 inches cucumber peel if not organic
- 2 1/2 cups spinach fresh
- 1 small apple green
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger
- 1 inch fresh turmeric
- 1 tsp. chia, flax, or hemp seeds
- 1 1/2 cups cold water
- 1/4 cup ice

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender
- Process for 30 seconds-1 minute until all ingredients are smooth. Serve cold
