Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup spinach (chopped)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. fresh garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp. fresh rosemary (chopped (1/2 tsp. dry))
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. Himalayan or sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
Instructions
  1. Chop the spinach, garlic, and rosemary.
  2. Place ground turkey in a mixing bowl and add all remaining ingredients. Mix with hands to evenly distribute seasonings among ground turkey.
  3. Preheat a frying pan over medium heat. Form into 16 golf-ball sized balls and drop into preheated pan.
  4. Cover and cook for 6-8 minutes. Remove lid and rotate meatballs. Continue to cook uncovered another 3-5 minutes until completely cooked through and slightly browned.
