Ingredients
  • 1/2 fresh lemon (peeled)
  • 3-4 inches cucumber (peel if not organic)
  • 2 1/2 cups spinach (fresh)
  • 1 small apple (green)
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger
  • 1 inch fresh turmeric
  • 1 tsp. chia, flax, or hemp seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
  • 1/4 cup ice
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender
  2. Process for 30 seconds-1 minute until all ingredients are smooth. Serve cold
