Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 fresh lemon peeled
  • 3-4 inches cucumber peel if not organic
  • 2 1/2 cups spinach fresh
  • 1 small apple green
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger
  • 1 inch fresh turmeric
  • 1 tsp. chia, flax, or hemp seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
  • 1/4 cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender
  • Process for 30 seconds-1 minute until all ingredients are smooth. Serve cold
